Processing, Delivery and Shipping Time

USPS First Class $6.50 Within 3 to 10 business days.
*All shipping charges include processing, packaging and transportation.
**Estimated Delivery Date includes processing and carrier transit time.
Orders processed on this website are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse
using standard domestic ground carrier USPS. With the possible exception of
shipments during special promotions, new product launches, holidays, or other
seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 2-5 business days from when
the order was placed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically
takes 3-10 business days to arrive using USPS First Class, depending on the
destination being shipped. Sunday deliveries are subject to USPS standard terms.
Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages. We cannot be
responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation
delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with
tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and
carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message.

Where We Do We Ship?

We currently ship to the 50 United States plus the District of Columbia, Puerto
Rico and the Virgin Islands. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time but please check back in the future to see updated shipping availability.

strive for customer satisfaction and will always try our hardest to resolve any
situations that may arise.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), contact us immediately at We will happily replace any damaged or defective items
provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns. We will offer replacements or credit in various circumstances. Please contact us at so we can resolve it in a timely and efficient manner. Please note that UZO is not responsible for any additional incurred shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to UZO.
